Poor posture and poor workplace ergonomics, faulty body mechanics, and physical activities that stress neck tissues must be addressed to ensure effective
treatment.
When sitting in a slouched position, the head is positioned in front of the rest of the body. With the head in this position, the muscles in the back of the neck are working extra
hard just to hold the head up. This posture also exerts a significant amount of compressive force on the spine and, in particular, the junction between the head and neck, both of which can be a source of problems for many headache sufferers. Slumped sitting also creates weakness in the back muscles and the muscles in the front of the neck. All these factors can contribute to or even cause headache.
I have been dealing wth headaches all my life. It has been really hard to do daily activites around the house or even with my kids. I never thought that physical therapy could help me with my headaches, until I finally decided this was my last resort. Rocky Mountain Therapy helped me find the root of my problem which was my posture. My headaches have significantly decreased and I am now doing more activites than I have before. Thanks RMTS.

This is the best experience I've had, I was in a severe accident and my recovery is next to miraculous. These folks are the best. To have this kind of talent in our city is fortuitous. Thank you for all your help!
